BUT ANYBODY AND EVERYBODY CAN START A POP UP ROOM, ANYTIME! PLEASE ENSURE REPLAYS ARE OFF.
This club is for those who want to laugh about the fun and not so fun part of living with Bipolar. Beyond the feeling of acceptance, let's be able to reflect on our episodes with a lens of humour and disbelief lol.
Terms and Conditions:
1. Laugher is the best medicine
2. No judgements, racism, sexism, homophobic comments etc.
3. Whatever shared in the room, stays in the room. Replays are always off, unless we have a guest speaker.
4. Please support others who need it and be respectful
5. Usually conversational so just come off mute to chime in
6. Have FUN... Laugh, cry ... Just be
The beauty of this club is that somebody, somewhere in the world may be up for a chat. It may be 3am where you are, but 3pm for somebody else ... Who may have had same same but different experiences to you.
