Selam! Merhaba. My name is Elen and I’m an Eritrean-American embodied leadership coach & somatic healing practitioner who has developed the Eritrean Healing & Wellness Center. Our mission is to foster & promote a sense of community, healing, peace & overall wellness amongst Eritreans in the Diaspora.
This room is a designated trauma-sensitive space open to all Eritreans regardless of ethnicity, religion or political ideology. ❤️ Every week we will feature sessions, conversations, lectures and or/interviews with various Eritrean health & wellness practitioners from Western and Eastern medical traditions.
