Mental Health is associated with a neglectful stigma because people fear judgment, they fear isolation and they fear further suffering.

When you realize that you're in a position where trauma has affected your life, your thoughts begin to cater to all the possibilities of the negative reality.

The world is painted as a negative reality, and our unfortunate traumas are the "artists" that let us believe in the illusion of that painting.

We're not here to suffer, but circumstances and environments limit our beliefs.
This group and place of enlightenment is where we normalize the abundance of our beliefs.

This is where geniuses/pioneers/inventors/creators etc, are born. You've been blessed with a curse or cursed with a blessing.

We know pain/suffering/numbness/toxic thoughts and death is there lingering around, it's just as real as the next day, but do we want to see the next day? or do we feel as if today was perfect enough to summarize our entire life in order for it to be the last?
