🚀Towards our vision in “Excellence of mental health promotion, prevention, and dynamism” we put together efforts in producing quality contents to meet the needs of our beloved audiences and current social trends, as well as to contribute in preventing undesirable mental health related issues through a sustainable and innovative publication style.

🎯On our Facebook page, we have generated contents about general topics of mental health; basic information of mental distress or disorder; and certain beautiful inspiring quotes to accompany our audience’s mental state. In response to the tough situation of COVID-19, we initiated the movement #StaySafewithAROM to assist in maintaining life balance during challenging times for both physical and mental wellbeing. As of now, we have also established a platform for free mental health online consultation to further care for the mental health of our community.

With each and every step, together we reach the betterment of mental health for each and every individual.
