This Club focuses on INNER LIFE skilz that make you resilient, ready to handle anything that comes you way.
We talk about everything from burnout prevention to compassion. Topics like mindset, friendship, health and wellness, goal setting, empathy - all of it is welcome here.
The Club encourages hosting rooms to support people in the most challenging roles: first responders, cybersecurity professionals, 911 dispatchers and healthcare providers.
Members are welcome to create rooms in this Club to facilitate support and sharing on related topics. DM Karen if you need an open room.
