🎯 My goal is to inspire and empower women and young girls through the football/soccer. By my example, I’m trying to show that women can also find fulfillment in football. I played football as a teenager, then refereed matches in the lower leagues. And now I'm a soccer coach and work for Polish FA, where I’m responsible for the promotion and communication of amateur football.

➡️ In Poland (and not only here), people believe that a woman in a football locker room brings bad luck. During 14 months of my cooperation with the men's club, I was able to prove that even with a female assistant coach (me), the team advanced the league higher (as a newcomer!).
