Zachary has been in protective services and events management for over a decade. He began his security career in nightclubs & bars in 2009, and is currently the CEO of Luther Management Inc.
Mr. Rugen has provided protective services, personnel management, training, and consulting services for various Fortune 500 companies across the United States and Internationally. His experience includes personnel management for multiple International Touring Artists, Disaster Security operations, Civil Unrests, events management for the MLB World Series, multiple NBA All-Star Weekends, and multiple NFL Super Bowls.
In April 2020, Zachary founded Luther Management Inc. A personnel & project management company connecting clients with licensed & insured vendors domestically and internationally. LMI currently manages projects for clients valued over $2 Trillion worldwide.
