SONGWRITING & PRODUCTION

International Gold & Platinum certified songwriter, producer and mixing engineer George Brenner is also known as Zillin Muzik in the urban & hiphop scene.
George worked very closely with French soul artist Ayo and together they wrote the worldwide hit single „Down on my knees“ in 2007 and other tracks on several Ayo albums until today. In Germany George produced two Echo Jazz Award winning albums with the band Django Deluxe & Giovanni Weiss in 2011 and 2015, a group he discovered in their early beginnings and which he built up from scratch. He also produced two albums with the NDR Big Band, one of Germany’s most famous big bands featuring international Jazz stars like Gary Husband on the drums.
George started his own label Palm Boat Music in 2012 and since then he is developing new talents and is contributing as a songwriter and producer in different genres such as soul, pop, Jazz, Hip Hop and EDM music. His co-writing for French Dance Duo „Maan on the moon“ on the song „Gone“ helped to create a summer dance hit in France in 2018, including a remix by Hugel. On the other side of the musical spectrum acoustic singer songwriter projects are still part of his production and songwriting portfolio.
The production influences are rooted in Hiphop and so it is only natural that Zillin Muzik is very active in the German HipHop scene as a producer as well. Some references are Haiyti, Joey Bargeld, Danergy, James Hilmer, Rawdia, etc.
Inbetween George delivered several productions for German television shows, such as „The masked singer“ and music pieces for major channel TV movies.

MIXING

Mixing started as a necessity for his own projects but has now developed into a high demand profession. Not only in Germany more and more major hip hop artists relied on his mixes and productions in 2020 (e.g. Haiyti, Herzog, Nate57, Farhot, JamBeatz of the 187 crew, etc.). Outside of Germany, US hip hop artists like the iconic „Akrobatic MC“ collaborate with Zillin Muzik for his mixing skills.

VIDEO PRODUCTION

Starting from projects for independent artists who want videos that do not show the low budget, to major labels hiring George and his team for the special touch, away from the regular music videos we have seen too many times already.
