I'm Zaeem Zawahir, Co-Founder & Head of Digital Strategy of Digital Interactive Lab (Digitalilab), a creative digital and development agency based in Sri Lanka, that helps organizations to articulate their digital strategy, and designs and builds digital products and services while focusing on user experience quality, innovation, & speed.


I play dual roles at Digitalilab. As the Co-Founder I manage the business development and management, Sales & Marketing Forecast along with my Co Founder and team.

As the Head of Digital Strategy my role always starts with understanding clients’ end-user needs and behaviors, as well as their business, brief, and the external competitive and technological environment they’re operating in. Taking these inputs, I work with the team to articulate and visualize a strategic direction that addresses their core challenge from a customer point of view. Together we design and manage the products, digital presence, and services that bring the strategy to life and look for opportunities to continue supporting our clients in their programs of change.
