I am a Clinical Psychologist & Associate Professor at Duke University. I lead the Center for Misophonia & Emotion Regulation and the Cognitive Behavioral Research & Treatment Program.
At Duke, I have the privilege to lead, study, treat, teach, train, and mentor. My main interests are in (1) emotion regulation, borderline personality disorder, and misophonia and (2) digital health interventions for mental health (mobile health, virtual reality, etc.).
Outside Duke, I am a scientific advisor and consultant for evidence-based digital behavioral health startups and love to think about ways to blend evidence-based interventions into novel mobile or virtual approaches.
