Yep that country what is known as one of the most dangerous countries in the world and me ... I feel great and safe in Libya. Know I love to share about my life, my experience in Libya (Netherlands too of course). The great people there, my work and learning in the field of program management, development, HRM, communication, NLP etc. Before in the Red Cross and now at Al Eureka. The aim is sustainable development. Not by me, but you ... the other. I only help.

Related to Libya I learned a lot. Many things I really don’t like to learn. Seeing the challenges the world is facing. Politics, media, ngo, algorithm, the decrease of respect and tolerance. ‘Lost of Humanity’?

Beside the activities above I’m working at my management book about change with the unknown as red thread in combination with my life and experience with Libya and Libyans. My experience (including my months in detention there), but for sure what I learned. Personal, but mostly the awareness how to make development sustainable.
