I’m the director of a bilingual (English and Spanish) acting academy for film and TV, and MOST importantly, I am a child actor parent coach! I partnered with my son’s acting coach, and we started Actors Youth Academy in 2013. Our academy is the bomb! And our motto is to change the demographics of the industry, one actor at a time. My expertise in the area stems primarily from being a child actor mom with 10 years of experience working with agents, managers, coaches, young actors, and many parents. This is my second career. I am a semi-retired, certified nonprofit management specialist and social work preceptor. I bring social theory to the world of acting and help our students and parents maneuver through the expectations of the industry in English and Spanish. I love people, I love fun, and I enjoy creating spaces for people to feel fulfillment and enjoyment.
