Growing up in South Africa has instilled a positive and philanthropic outlook in all aspects of my life because of the many challenges and obstacles that needed to be overcome. This has created significant meaning in my active promotion of human values and fuels my inner purpose to achieve my full potential in making a tangible and positive impact in the world.

My background in entrepreneurship starting from the age of 18 has allowed me to develop significant and practical skills in various business contexts, resulting in over 12 years of executive experience in diverse industries and cultures. These skills include Business Development, Marketing Strategy, Project Management and Lecturing in Stress Management, Mental Resilience and the development of Emotional Intelligence (EQ). This has enabled me to consult in various professional business networks, in both the private and public sectors, locally and internationally.

I have been a volunteer coordinator and teacher for over 10 years with the Internationally recognised organisations where I conducted Stress-Release and Skills development programs, Yoga sessions, Team-Building, Youth Empowerment, and Social Development programs for business professionals (executives and staff), student leaders, disadvantaged communities, trauma victims and various other groups around South Africa and Internationally.
