YTZ FITNESS
I am the CEO of a nonprofit organization
Youth Training Zone.

Have been training and mentoring, Intelligence youth and adults for over 30
years.
• I have Supervise 8 to 10 staff personnel and assign duties in the youth mentoring program for the youth and adults services.
• Initiate individual and group programs pertaining to youth and adults.
• Conduct onsite training to ensure all personnel are qualified operators and up to standards
• Conduct onsite mentoring in the areas of life skills, health, overall wellness, and nutrition.
I do engage with people from diverse backgrounds and demonstrate leadership capabilities and team building strategies.

I have 22 years of military experience of organization skills.
I have 10 years of being a Correctional officer in Tarrant County.
I will ensure the readiness of all ages in fitness and health in life is accomplished.

I will teach them the life skills and how to stay Fit in Sports and conditioning for youth and adults.
