I am using among other formats, NLP, to understand youngsters. As a result of my Classwhisperer format, by which I train teachers to gently take responsibility for the class situation and never blame the kids, I broadened the target group of classes to all youth. I train all people that have to do with youth (parents, social workers, psychiatrists, psychologists etc) to understand the behavior of youths to be pure feedback on our (the adults’) behavior and words. In then of course help out to find ways to address this feedback in a productive, effective, loving way. So if you’re interested: I will be so happy to explain and demonstrate on this platform! In my capacity of Master Trainer in NLP (trained by all the co-creators) and Master Speaker I teach and speak in many countries, beside my own: Holland.
