My story:
At the age of 23, I was a senior at the University of Central Florida (UCF) preparing to graduate....However, instead of graduating, I was facing up to 25 years in Federal Prison for Possession of Stolen Mail and Mail Fraud. To avoid a long prison stint, I pleaded guilty in exchange for 3 years in Federal Prison (inmate #25379-018).

Upon my release, I was faced with another challenge- EMPLOYMENT! After applying for over 250 + job applications, I was finally given a SECOND CHANCE and was offered a job with Goodwill Industries of SWFL as a Spanish translator (yes; I’m fluent in Spanish🙏🏽). From there, I went back to school, launched a couple of brands and recently graduated with my Doctorate in Education! The rest is HERstory!
