I have been a Healthcare Practitioner for 24years and have healed and overcome severe dis-ease in my own body. Healing and overcoming ME, Stroke and MS. I support and guide others in their healing journey from a myriad of conditions from fatigue, burnout, auto immune and insomnia, so they too can reclaim their health and start living their most vibrant life.
My approach when working with clients is holistic in nature, sensitive and comes from my deep passion and desire to support others.
Over the course of 12 sessions (6 months) we will work together creating a tailored programme specifically around your needs. This will support you in achieving sustainable health and lifestyle choices so that you can begin to thrive rather than just survive.
