Bio

Ori is a Native Israeli who spent most of her life in Los Angeles, CA USA.  While living her dream life in California, she realized she could combine her most inspiring loves of life;
Yoga, surf, travel, water, and the human connection.

Ori is an Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Teacher, having successfully completed her Intensive Training in Los Angeles, Israel, and India. Ori is an experienced Teacher Certified by Yoga Alliance, and now a WRT Water Release Therapy® Provider, ready to take you into healing waters.

Ori is a balanced Yogini on land and now as a WRT Water Release Therapy® Provider in warm body temperature water, She finds this method to be a calming and relaxing Yogic healing path for many who would not otherwise be able to find such movements on land, or on the mat.  As well as for experienced advanced Yogi's who would appreciate the freedom of the warm water medium as a way to exponentially raise or elevate the water within ... illuminating a Yoga practice.

Ori’s Yoga classes follow a foundation on integrated alignment, while always reminding her students to keep it light and have fun with their practice.

As a Retreat facilitator, Ori offers daily classes of Ashtanga – a fusion of Vinyasa to strengthen the body while bringing more flexibility, and endurance.   Students also learn Pranayama, (breathing techniques), relaxing meditative practices to release tensions, deep restorative stretches, and a variety of breath work techniques which deepen the healing on all levels of a persons being.

You may be lucky enough to experience WRT Water Release Therapy® during a Yoga Retreat where the perfect body temp water is present.  And higher levels of evolution become accessible.
