Bio

Born to a hippy, artist mother and business father, I have honed my creativity, passion, and a love of yoga since (literally) forever.

I like to think of myself as a champ at building productive yoga communities and developing superior operational systems and simple marketing for yoga business owners.

As a seasoned yoga instructor and for more than 16 years, I understands first-hand the importance of relying on data to find clarity, direction, and ultimately, success in one’s business.

I come from a design and marketing background and owned and operated an award winning Community Yoga studio on the outskirts of Vancouver Canada for 13 years. It was a super successful studio and I sold the studio over 4 years ago and has been business consulting with yoga studios and instructors since.

I am a Business Consultant certified with MindbodyOnline and also serve as Mindbody Champion. I lean to the geeky side of things and have been more recently helping studios and instructors via consulting and international webinars on how to rock their virtual teaching. (I am LOVING the virtual world!)

I am driven to help yoga businesses and business owners to create and develop systems that thrive on data to make business operations and growth smoother, easier, and faster.
