We all make mistakes and we’re gonna make more mistakes but we shouldn’t define ourselves with those mistakes, the main thing is to learn from those mistakes and get on the path of optimising ourselves.

Regret is very valuable cause regret teaches you there’s a cost to mistakes, we need to learn from that and use it as fuel to become the best version of ourselves.

Strong men create easy times and easy times create weak men, weak men create hard times and hard times create strong men (we are in the weak men era now).
