Bio

American businessman, community servant, and academician. Mr. Chenault is the President and CEO of Richelieu Rentals LLC, which acquires, rehabilitates, and manages underperforming historic single and multi-family real estate assets in Maryland, Georgia, Florida, and Louisiana. He is also the CEO of UrbMediaNet, which is the parent company a number of online publications including The Weekly Beat, UrbFash Magazine, and The Atlanta Recorder and independent music video platform, FilthyRiche.TV. He is a member of the National Black Chamber of Commerce and the Urban League of Young Professionals.

He is a graduate of Morehouse College (BA), The City College of New York (MSEd), and Tulane University School of where he earned a Juris Doctorate and Certificate of Concentration in Civil Law. During law school, he was recognized with the CALI Excellence in the Future Award in Criminal Law while serving as Class President. He was also Managing Editor of The Sports Lawyers Journal and a member of the Tulane Inn of Court. During his final year of law school, he served as a federal judicial law clerk to The Honorable Judge Ivan Lemelle of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana.
