Bio

i’m a korean-american equity & justice practitioner, coach, facilitator and consultant. the main focus of my work is to support the liberation of BIPOC folks by helping them find values-driven pathways for their careers and lives, and by building their capacity to strategize around and survive inequitable experiences within institutions. i do this through individual coaching. my secondary mission is to reduce the harm experienced by my BIPOC comrades within institutions through leadership coaching & org consulting.

i’m interested in untethering purpose & passion from the cages of capitalism and white supremacy culture.

other things about me: i’m an angry optimist, an irreverent elder millennial, a bad korean, a weeb, an avid home cook, a firebender (who dreams of becoming a waterbender), and a lifelong aspiring anti-capitalist, anti-imperialist, and anti-racist.
