In the Nahuatl language (spoken by the Aztecs), Cuatl means twin. In present day Latin America, Cuatl has transformed into “cuate” meaning good friend in Spanish.
CUATL is a streetwear brand bringing Latin American and Indigenous cultures to the modern streetwear scene.
We'll be exploring many Indigenous groups scattered throughout all of Latin America. Cuatl aims to not just educate and teach but to give back to these communities both here in the U.S and in Latin America.
