I have attitude of gratitude. I’m rooted in love and establishing my foundation. Through my flaws, humility, strength, resilience and confidence is how I rise. Gratitude gives me an understanding of accepting myself for who I AM, no chasers; my own power. Only then do I experience true gratitude and am able to share it with others.

I AM: Caregiver Advocate and MY DESIRE:

To be the light of encouragement, voice and support to family caregivers by sharing tips and resources on “ how” I managed caring for three family members (mother, father and brother) at the same time, with an autoimmune deficiency (Systemic Lupus)…but God!!! Whew!!! I’ve been in remission since 2011🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾 and am grateful, grateful, grateful💞
