WHO I AM
As a 5 year old in Brooklyn, I sold a pair of second-hand sunglasses to a classmate for $5. My parents, while they were returning the money, said: “I was destined for sales”.

When I was in high school I was influenced by salesman turned Professor, Randy Pausch, who was told he should use his sales skills to educate others and sell ideas.

When I started my career I did just that. While teaching, I faced some of the hardest sales I've ever made in persuading children to invest energy in their learning. Over the course of 5 ½  years, I did indeed have an impact on the lives of many of our youth.

HOW I GOT STARTED
With my growing family’s financial needs (and my stagnant teaching salary) I decided the time had come to go into sales proper. I joined my 1st sales company, and within 12 months of joining I was bringing in 20% of their monthly recurring revenue and had raised their trial adoption ratio by 400%!

Within only 2 ½ years I was already in the top sales position in the company, Director of Sales and Business Development, and by the time I left a year later I had brought in a record 100+ individual deals and had other clients primed for business development.

I started doing some consulting on the side (initially pro bono) and within a short amount of time, my advice brought clients Real Results. My clients pushed me to become a full-time Sales & Biz Dev Consultant, and that indeed is what I do today.
