⛵️ Sailed from South Africa to Miami, FL: amazing experience with many challenges & epic memories.

😶 Armed Home Invasion Surviver: while having a gun to my head I became a bit cheeky, and out of 6 of us I was the only one who ended up getting my mouth taped shut.

⚓️ Youngest Female Charter Captain at the Age of 15: I captained our family daysailing charter boat in the BVI, taking 40 guests sailing & snorkeling.

👰‍♀️ Child Bride ~ Blissfully Divorced: my parents signed my marriage license when I was 17.
(I wasn’t pregnant)

💪 Fighting Narcissistic Abuse: I grew up in a narcissistic family dynamic, and was married to a narcissist for 17yrs. Now I help people recover from their narcissistic experiences.

🧘‍♀️ Overcame Chronic Pain & Obesity: I suffered nerve damage for 5 years, and gained 70lbs. After the nerve damage was repaired, I developed a New Lifestyle Program for losing the weight without dieting, while being focused on health. I lost the 70lbs in a year & kept it off.

💎 Founder, Cofounder & Manager of Multiple Successful Businesses: I come from a family of entrepreneurs where our businesses included commercial farming, the yachting industry, car dealerships, restaurants, a health & wellness clinic, and real estate.
