FEAR message for women and teen girls |2x Award-Winning Author of Bold Brave and Courageous: A NO FEAR Success Guide for Teen Girls. My 2nd book, The Pain of Being Destined for More is in the works. Out of this, I also created Project N.O. F.E.A.R, a Teen Girl Mindset Transformation Program.

I have a genuine passion for working with teen girls and adults who support them. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Gaborone International School, National Resource Center for Youth Services, Girl Scouts Western Oklahoma and a host of school districts, schools, faith and community-based groups to empower teen girls. Girls are naturally drawn to me because I am very candid, open and honest with them. This allows me to be part of the village they so much need.

I beat many odds to graduate from Duke University—-where I pledged 🐘DELTA SIGMA THETA🔺—-and later earn a MA in Organizational Management from Ashford University. I was voted the Oklahoma City Women of Color Expo’s 2018 Impact Woman of the Year. I recently launched WYJUANA SPEAKS Consulting, LLC.

I am also Creator of The NO FEAR Ladies Conference for women and teen girls which has run annually since 2014.

I hope that sharing my story and my life will inspire others to push past fear in order to fulfill their life mission.
