❓Why?  It was not an easy journey and there were so many dark days and years of building companies and the pain that I suffered, the family events I missed, and the friends I lost, I never want to wish that upon anyone else. I knew I had to get crystal clear on both my personal and profession mission, vision, passion and purpose and make sure they were both consistent and congruent amongst other.  I then realized that those needed to be weaved though and be consistent with my strategy, culture, organizational structure and processes.  Once that happened it changed the way I grew as an individual and as a business owner.

♾ Therefore I took all my notes and systems over 20 years from working on Wall Street to building 4 companies and selling 2 of them to private equity, of what I learned, what I failed at, what I succeeded at and what my mentors over 2 decades taught me and turned it into a framework that is a bridge for business owners that will allow them to avoid the gaps, the holes, and the dark days so they can stop wasting time and money not knowing how to take their company to the next level and instead launch the company they have always envisioned.
