Bio

Jennifer Sanchez is a big believer that women can have it all. She is the president and founder of The Women's Institute of Self Development and Efficacy (WISE). Early on in her life, she recognized the need to empower and provide a supportive environment for women. She believes that if you can help women in all areas of her life, she will be most effective both at work and at home. Thus, Jennifer has researched and created training and coaching programs, podcasts, workshops, support groups, health/wellness groups, and motivational talks not only to help women transform their lives but enhance their existing ones. She attained a BA in Liberal Arts and Sciences from the University of Illinois at Chicago and learned coaching techniques from the Neighbor Works Training Institute. Jennifer has received support group training from Focus Ministries to help women who are in abusive relationships. She is currently pursuing her Masters degree in Human Counseling and Life Coaching with Liberty University. She is also a contributing author in Today’s Inspired Latina, Volume 4. Before launching WISE, she worked in the not-for-profit world providing financial education, academic advising, and career coaching to thousands of individuals throughout the Chicagoland area looking to change their lives. Most recently recognized as Latinos 40 Under 40 Class of 2020 by Negocios Now.
