I am fascinated by human beings. What makes people tick, how and why we make decisions and what we value the most. Turning insights into meaningful offers that creates life - changing experiences and help businesses to grow with their clients. Using an easy to implement evidence based Me to We high profit strategies I am helping organisations to confidently enter new decade and smoothly navigate in the uncertain customer driven market.

I combine Human Centered Design, social sciences, behavioural economics, psychology and business innovation in co-creating meaningful, extraordinary experiences and turning them into irresistible offers. I am recognised by IDEO and University of Pennsylvania, as one of the top 20 high potential leaders in this field worldwide.

I am addicted to growth: I follow the principle of reading min of 50 books a year, investing in myself 30% of my income and taking me and others out of the comfort zone!
