I am a caregiver to an adult son with cerebral palsy. I advocate for people with disabilities. I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism in 2012 and had a hysterectomy the same year. I am a survivor of childhood sexual abuse, domestic violence and rape. I grew up with an alcoholic grandfather.
I use my experience to make a difference for others that have gone through the same things.
