My Why? π
I want to make core business processes, discussions and protocols more honest and personal. Our culture, has shifted in the last decade. We just praise the strengths and don't talk about areas where we need to improve, roadblocks in our projects, or issues that trigger business strains. But how will we ever progress or grow, unless we take action and address the "elephants" in the room? We must consider change and recognise that it can be positive. I believe we must be completely transparent with ourselves and our teams in the process. This provides a safe environment based on transparency, equality, and mutual respect. Inside the business βecosystem,' doing so through leadership will support growth and true inspiration. These are the foundations of great leadership.
I provide a safe environment for people to talk about the nitty-gritty of business, whether it's personal or professional. Finding problems or gaps and bridging them is what I love doing.
I want to help companies improve by combining change management with emotional intelligence, as well as other factors like mindset, business methodologies, and technology.
