My wife and I love finding old homes fixing them up and redesigning them into spaces that feel inviting and comforting. We have house hacked (lived in homes we were flipping) 2 properties over the last 5 years and just bought our 3rd which is a 100 year old cottage that sits on a beautiful one acre lot.
