My name is Wesley Altmiller. I am 43 years old and have had cerebral palsy since birth; because I have had Cerebral palsy since I was born, I have had to have a few surgeries in my lifetime. In the mid-1990s, around 1994, I had two different procedures to correct problems with my hips and back due to my cerebral palsy. During both of these procedures, I stopped breathing on the operation table. That’s not the weird thing.
The weird thing is that when I stop breathing, I have memories of what they say is impossible because they said I was dead.
