Wan would describe herself as a constantly evolving soul who's an avid observer of the complex society we live in and likes to think that she can help to make it better. She sees the world from a different view and is very passionate on the matter of everyone's right - to excellent leadership and management, professional and self development, and the actualisation of their full potential. She often found herself entrusted with a position to lead or to guide, which made her rethink about her purpose in life. Over time she has learned the value of great leadership and aspire to be one.

What she does these days:

🌀 By default: Managing the regional APAC + Oceania Careline BPO for SCJ.

🌀 By appointment: Chairing the Malaysian chapter of SCJ Women’s Business Council.

🌀 By choice: People development and mindset coaching, with her favourite tool being the Time Line Therapy™ upon successfully using it to rewrite her own complex head, and ending up certified as a Master NLP/TLT Practitioner and Coach.

🌀 Self-inflicted: Sailing through the interesting dynamics of being a manager-freelancer-partner-daughter-person AND a Master of Counselling student-trainee with the aim to be certified, registered and legally practicing by 2022.

🌀 On demand: Speaking in conferences, leadership and general events, while chairing meetings and discussions, OR with anyone who can handle deep, spiritual, philosophical and possibly nerdy conversations 🤓

🌀 When inspiration strikes: Writing contents for Brainz Magazine as part of the invite-only Executive Contributors group of experts in their fields.

🌀 When free: Thinking, observing, deliberating on existential questions, reading, researching, random writing, and like any sane person she sometimes watches good movies and TV series 📺
