I support and guide people to release blocks and obstructions in the channel of their voice that are there as a result of holding back the voice of their pain, pleasure, passion, power and presence so that they sing, speak, breathe, feel and move with greater physical, emotional and expressive freedom.

My journey into working with the voice arose out of a deep healing need, and it was through working with my own voice that I met, honored and integrated rejected, repressed and unexpressed aspects of my self AND allowed a voice to shine through that could conduct a greater amount of life force and Love in my life.

And this continues to be an on-going process.

Via that journey, I founded VOCA•SOMA™️ - a trauma-informed holistic system of working with the voice and with the self.

I work 1-2-1 with people via an exclusive 12-week immersion programme called, ’REWILD YOUR VOICE’.
