I am a passionate senior leader with more than 16 years’ experience across Roadside Assistance, Claims, Insurance and Debt Recovery.

During this time, each role has added a layer of experience building my expertise across the value chain. I have expertise in strategic planning and execution, product development & optimisation, relationship establishment and management, project and claims management.

While my experience is primarily within one organisation, I thrive in new challenges and have sought new opportunities to grow and develop within the business.

I enjoy taking ownership of a role and seeking out opportunities to improve upon what has come before me. I am known for making things happen by leading and organizing people and resources, so ideas, discussions and experiments are turned into action.
