I was raised on a rural island in Alaska, where I learned to speak Russian and Spanish.
In NYC I’ve helped children in underserved communities gain critical literacy skills, translated for the New York Psychiatric Institute, and helped refugees applying for asylum in legal immigration spaces.
I am a frontline public healthcare worker in NYC 😷🦠. I’m passionate about healthcare equity, facilitating equal access to services, and serving as a community advocate.
