I love helping Entrepreneurs and business leaders accelerate and amplify the impact they make in the lives of those they employ, their community, and beyond.

While understanding the mechanics of business and the need for good strategy will always be important, I’m exponentially more curious about human behaviour - the decisions and actions people make.

All behaviour is explainable - not the same thing as justifiable - and when we can understand what’s driving behaviour, we can use that knowledge for a force of good.

Through coaching, training, facilitating retreats [pre-covid], and speaking, I share tools, resources, options, and personal experiences that help others stay true to their cause, values, and exercise the courage to serve others in a more impactful way.

Military Slang: verb - To consciously accept or appreciate something that is extremely unpleasant is also necessary and unavoidable for forward progress.

⭕️ My “SUCK” Resume - no particular order
• Divorced… twice
• Fired… three times
• Watched my son go into cardiac arrest at 8 days old. It all worked out
• Complete tear of the ACL - knee reconstruction. Rehab.
• Deployment to Somalia, Africa - hyper-vigilance 24/7
• PTSD diagnosis - active participant in my own recovery
• Fractured femur due to running too far, too soon. Rehab.
• Lost more rugby championship games than I’ve won.
• Chainsaw to the head - 11 stitches
• Childhood abuse survivor
