I am now on a mission to transform the next gen of India's 65M+ Family Businesses after successfully transitioning in my business after being a gold medalist in my MBA from NMIMS, Mumbai.

I want to leverage my experience to next gen family business entrepreneurs who are struggling everyday with the decision of joining the business or not able to add value to the business and in doing so I want to build a community of all the next gen family business entrepreneurs across the globe.

I started slow in my business full time after that culminating all the experience from all the time I worked in my business only when I realised it is not easy. My family business is a jewellery company manufacturing silver jewellery and I am working each day to take it to the next level as well.

My past :

I did my schooling from Jaipur, moved to Dubai for 4 years where i studied my engineering after which i moved to Mumbai for my MBA. I started slow in my business full time after that cumulating all the experience from all the time I worked in my business only when I realised it is not easy.
