Hi,
This is VijuGujju - Vijay & Riddhi

We are a couple married for the last 14 + years.

From the lens of our personal experience, we have discovered that a happy couple is a healthy couple in mind, body, and spirit.

Reaching this stage requires continuous and conscious learning and appreciation of each other's values, beliefs, and individuality.

While turning the chronicles of our life into black and white, both of us decided to write a book and had been thinking about what values we want to give to the world through this book.

While reflecting on all the various learnings that we have had in the form of various life transformation workshops, team coaching, mentorship programs, and counseling sessions, what has truly stayed in our minds are the stories.

These stories have fanned the flames of our growth and here we have tried our best to share our experiential learnings in the form of 32 LIFE LESSONS that have physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually transformed us.

We love to give back more and haven’t stopped at just sharing our Life Lessons. We have also shared in this book, OUR SECRET and OUR FIRST STEP that we took in our journey of becoming a POWER COUPLE.

Our Vision is to create a world of Power Couples who uplift each other and others to lead healthier, happier, and more purposeful lives.

We plan to achieve this with the help of various initiatives such as books, webinars, online video courses, virtual and physical workshops, mentorship programs, and one-to-one counseling sessions. This will create a community of Power Couples which will have a cascading effect to uplift similar couples for the betterment of society.
