Leader, Coach and Mentor with experience in building self-motivated, connected and highly accountable community of professionals. Having around 20+ years of experience in IT industry and 12 years in IOT domain, it has become my passion to build the connected society by unleashing the power of Internet of Things (IOT).

I am on the Mission to EMPOWER 1 million inspired IT Professionals to unleash their potential and redesign their career around IOT to build the World CONNECTED.

I would like to share my story in short:

I am from a humble family and my root is from agriculture background. My father was the first person in the entire family who was in job and took the step to educate each and every member in the family.

I was fairly bright student in my schools and and colleges. However after completing the Master in Computer Application and even securing the one of top five positions in the college, I was unable to find good job and started my career with the salary of 3K (proud to share).

After 4 years of struggle, I found the opportunity to work in one of the top MNC. Since I had got this chance after lot of struggles, I was hungry to perform and make the changes. It was my hard work that put me in the zone of excellence.

It was the end of 2008 when I moved my career from traditional IT business to something exciting and challenging in IOT (that time we used to call it Field-Automation). This intrigued me and awarded me the cause to work for the society. From there I built multiple IOT platforms and worked to deliver many IOT solutions for Lighting, Energy, Water and Location Intelligence.

By seeing the value which IOT produces to the society and humans, I have become passionate for and want to make every single thing connected in the world. My next goal and it is very near to my heart is to work for agriculture and farmers by using the power of IOT.

For me IOT is not only to connect things in external world, the human body also works on the same concept in that every component connects to each other by sending the signal to the common entity (Your MIND).
