My Story🦋

The above quote, very beautifully captures how I found my calling, my passion project for life - People Development.

I choose to follow my instincts and dread complacency, this mantra earned me exceedingly challenging and interesting roles across 4 different industries in a matter of 5 years.

Interestingly, while I was conscious of developing myself, I was unconsciously enabling others - at work, outside work, while traveling, while shopping, etc.

In 2018, I bid adieu to an exceedingly fulfilling and fun corporate career, that inculcated the apt soft skills, the understanding of the nuances of various functions and industries and which was a catalyst to my evolution and joined my Alma mater to find a method to my madness!

During the very first session, I knew I had met my destiny and there has been no turning back since.

I am, and will continue to be passionate, committed and driven to work with people, to help them leverage their strengths, work on their areas of improvement and enable them not only for success in their careers, personal & social life but also help them to make an impact wherever they go!
