📖🇺🇸 MY STORY
Being raised under the myth of the "model minority" and limited idea of masculinity, I burned out from the technology consulting career and feeling lonely in my dating life because of my inability to identify, manage, and express my emotions. Exploring my shadow side, I learned that my people-pleasing, perfectionist, ambivalent tendencies held me back from leaning into fear and taking risks to create a fulfilling life. I was taught to be a high-achiever, but not a high-performer. And that led me to start exercising my emotional intelligence.

Cannabis, specifically in combination with meditation and yoga, played a major role in expanding empathy for both others and more importantly, within myself, my body and spirit. Cannabis and EQ allowed me to start my own business, to show up confidently in dates, heal my relationship with my dad, and deepen my network of growth-minded humans who inspire me to truly thrive in my life.

I since then graduated with ICF accreditation in life coaching and cannabis coaching and have partnered with dozens of men to create more freedom and fulfillment in their lives.
