Founder/Executive Director of The Eugene Baker-Joy Vann Memorial Scholarship Foundation which honors her late mother and grandfather, and helps non-traditional/diverse learners better manage the challenges of applying to college and sustaining a successful college life.
Victoria believes in celebrating unsung heroes and is an advocate for the voiceless. Her mother and grandfather were both trailblazers in their careers; Victoria continues this family tradition by blazing a trail of her own, focusing her attention on promoting access to education, economic empowerment, community development, housing affordability, and public service.
