Bio

I believe I was born to be a Realtor. Both of my parents have been in the real estate business for more than 40 years: my mom as a top Realtor and my dad as a real estate investor and developer. Some of my most cherished childhood memories include accompanying them both in their business pursuits. I’d join my mom on prospecting adventures, where she would knock on door after door in neighborhood after neighborhood.

I would go with my dad to the properties he was altering in order to sell them or keep them for residual income. Many of these properties were being completely rehabilitated. I was fascinated by the transformation process, seeing a structure in its raw beginning condition all the way through to its amazingly renovated result.

These childhood experiences taught me the value of a home from many different angles & about the many different aspects of the real estate industry. They also sparked a lifelong interest, appreciation &passion for the real estate business.

After several years working in sales, I decided to pursue a real estate career. It seemed like the natural choice for me. That was 17+ years ago. My mom and I have been business partners together for years. We have helped hundreds of families and individuals fulfill their home ownership dreams.

Over the years, I have developed an eye for home design and function, & the ability to look beyond a home’s present condition and visualize its potential. I love helping my clients uncover a home’s hidden treasure, which might not have been obvious at first sight.

I’ve also honed my ability to assess the market with competence and precision. I know the Ventura County real estate market well, as it’s not only my territory but also my home. I am actively involved in my community, served for 5 years on the Board of Directors for Project Understanding, an organization that provides resources to local families in need. Currently I serve as District Vice President District 2 of Women’s Council of Realtors, California .
