A bright sunshine whose heart lights up with pranks, poetry, kids laughter, nature, languages, and fone photography. I love people and I enjoy my solitude where I connect the dots in my inner space.

A mindset management coach and an energy worker ( popularly called healer... I am not comfy with that term ) and a clinical sound therapist - I am passionate about contributing to wellness with Sound. I teach sound healing too. The beauty about sound is that it impacts us simultanously inside- out and outside-in -wholistically at mind body emotion and spirit . The work is done individually and in groups as well.

Covid has been a blessing in some ways - I have been able to connect with so many more people than BC ( before covid 😉)

It's extremely fulfilling a feeling when people get back to their happy space, feel better in their health and work better - due to energy therapies.

The online experience has been mind blowing!
