Second passion is health and fitness. I love obstacle course racing, strength & conditioning fitness and cooking healthy foods!! As an older woman I love inspiring older people to become athletes!! Obstacle course racing is great for all ages, and fitness is important as we get older. Spartan races are a passion and help me set goals beyond belief.
