I am an educator, psychotherapist (RPQ), yoga and meditation teacher.

I live in a Canadian-US border city and I am proud to be of Nigerian/Jamaican descent.

My desire is to help others reach their highest potentials by guiding them as they embark on their inner journeys through therapy. I help child, adolescents, adults and families.

I am an educator, teacher, author and University lecturer whose focus is on student engagement and mental health.

I’m impassioned by the possibilities of moving from fracture to wholeness. From separation to unity!
