My Passion
I help people turn their chaos into calm.
Helping people to get their footing and feel confident that they are making sound decisions as a family caregiver.
One-on-one coaching for family caregivers.
I facilitate a caregiver support group that is in its 5th year.

Personally
I consider myself a life-long learner.
And I am always willing to share my knowledge with others.
Born in Detroit, raised in DC, college educated in Boston and LA, resident of Orlando.
Clean eating and moving something equals a longer healthier life.

My Day Job
Sr. Event Manager at Universal Orlando Resort.
I also lend my event management skills to a local non-profit.

I am very interested in creating multiple streams of income in order to pursue my passion full time.

I have a few books in me just begging to get out because I have unique stories to tell.
